Enjoyed our cool enough and perfectly clean rooms in this hotel.
Everything was good, favourable location next to the "convenient" outlets, and bistro, excellent staff.

Great place to stay, it was exceptionally clean and wonderful. Really enjoyed our huge room with 2 beds and the staff were very very helpful. The location in a very very nice area was wonderful and unbeatable and there were a market and stores nearby.

The spacious King Room with Sofa Bed provided a comfortable environment, improved with the attentive bar staff. The stay was marred by a filthy coffee maker in the room that I chose not to use and a sluggish Wi-Fi connection unless I paid for an upgrade. The refrigerator was disappointingly small, lacking even a freezer section for cooler packs, impacting the overall convenience of the stay.

disappointed stay but some positives
The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating when we arrived. The room itself was spacious, providing enough space for our family of four to move around comfortably. We also enjoyed the breakfast options which were varied and flavorful.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was a big issue .

Straight facts, no fluff
I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room with Sofa Bed. The modern adjustable thermostat was easy to use, and my room felt clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was pretty good too. Just a little downside, the noise from the guests above was noticeable, but it didn't ruin my experience!

The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the Bistro meals, especially breakfast, delicious and more affordable than Cracker Barrel right next door.
In my wife's opinion, the pull-out sofa bed was uncomfortable for our kids.

We had a spacious room with a well-maintained setup, perfect for our family get-together. While we explored local activities like golfing, the indoor pool was a hit for the kids. The experience was enjoyable for our small family.
My kids wished the pull-out sofa bed was more comfortable.

The only hiccup was the shower hatch that didn’t quite close right, but it didn't spoil my stay at all. If you're visiting, definitely try to hit the back lot by Cracker Barrel for an easier exit! 😊

The location of the hotel off I85 is very convenient. Parking was available right in front when I arrived. The lobby felt busy, but check-in was smooth. I loved my room on the top floor. It was ultra clean, and the bed offered good comfort. The bathroom design stood out, with the toilet nicely situated behind a wall for privacy. The heating and AC worked quietly, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight-a fantastic sandwich with eggs, bacon, arugula, and lemon aioli made the mornings enjoyable. I did notice some hiccups. The electrical outlets near the bed were quite loose. The refrigerator was surprisingly small and lacked even a tiny freezer section, inconvenient for keeping my cooler packs cold. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connection was sluggish unless I paid for an upgrade, which seemed like a letdown for the price point. If you're looking for free coffee, just a heads-up that there wasn't any in the lobby, and the coffee maker in my room had a dirty reservoir, which I chose not to use. Given all this, I'd say it was a mixed bag but still a decent stay overall.
